The main and the most important verse from the Quran that should be quoted with regards to Halal/Halal industry is:
يَـٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلنَّاسُ كُلُوا۟ مِمَّا فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ حَلَـٰلًۭا طَيِّبًۭا وَلَا تَتَّبِعُوا۟ خُطُوَٰتِ ٱلشَّيْطَـٰنِ ۚ إِنَّهُۥ لَكُمْ عَدُوٌّۭ مُّبِينٌ ١٦٨
O humanity! Eat from what is lawful and good on the earth and do not follow Satan’s footsteps. He is truly your sworn enemy.
٢٣ فَلْيَنظُرِ ٱلْإِنسَـٰنُ إِلَىٰ طَعَامِهِۦٓ ٢٤ اَنَّا صَبَبْنَا ٱلْمَآءَ صَبًّۭا ٢٥ ثُمَّ شَقَقْنَا ٱلْأَرْضَ شَقًّۭا ٢٦ فَأَنۢبَتْنَا فِيهَا حَبًّۭا ٢٧ وَعِنَبًۭا وَقَضْبًۭا ٢٨ وَزَيْتُونًۭا وَنَخْلًۭا ٢٩ وَحَدَآئِقَ غُلْبًۭا ٣٠ وَفَـٰكِهَةًۭ وَأَبًّۭا ٣١ مَّتَـٰعًۭا لَّكُمْ وَلِأَنْعَـٰمِكُمْ ٣٢
Let people then consider their food:, how We pour down rain in abundance,and meticulously split the earth open ˹for sprouts˺,causing grain to grow in it,as well as grapes and greens,and olives and palm trees,and dense orchards,and fruit and fodder—all as ˹a means of˺ sustenance for you and your animals.
The Cow (2:172)
يَـٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ كُلُوا۟ مِن طَيِّبَـٰتِ مَا رَزَقْنَـٰكُمْ وَٱشْكُرُوا۟ لِلَّهِ إِن كُنتُمْ إِيَّاهُ تَعْبُدُونَ ١٧٢
O believers! Eat from the good things We have provided for you. And give thanks to Allah if you ˹truly˺ worship Him ˹alone˺
