Reverts Study Circles

Alhera Reverts Study Circles are a nurturing and inclusive space dedicated to supporting new Muslims as they grow in faith and knowledge. These circles are held regularly, offering reverts an opportunity to learn the essentials of Islam in a friendly, welcoming, and judgment-free environment. Each session covers practical topics such as how to perform ṣalāh, understanding the Qur’an, exploring the life of the Prophet ﷺ, learning basic Arabic, and applying Islamic teachings to everyday life in New Zealand.

The circles are interactive, encouraging open questions and discussions so that reverts feel confident and supported in their journey. Alongside learning, participants build meaningful friendships with fellow Muslims, creating a sense of belonging to a wider family of faith. Experienced teachers and mentors guide the sessions with compassion, ensuring that reverts not only gain knowledge but also spiritual strength and emotional support.

Through these study circles, Alhera aims to empower reverts with the tools they need to thrive as Muslims, strengthen their connection with Allah, and contribute positively to the community around them.
